I am Institute of Leadership Level 5 Qualified in Coaching and Mentoring Leaders, with 9 years of leadership coaching experience and 20 years of leadership experience in the public and private sector.

My career includes working as a Leadership Coach and Project Consultant in the vibrant new tech and social media industries, partnering with senior leadership and leading change projects as a Lead Project Manager and working as Lead Professional for Coaching for an organisation with 6000 staff.

How does coaching work?

Starting with our free 30-minute consultation, you can tell me about your challenges, ask questions and find out how coaching can help you.

Then we agree your overall goal and identify our headline topics to work on, for example ‘to feel confident in your abilities and decisions’.

Next, I help you to prepare for our first coaching session.

What happens during a coaching session?

Together we work on exercises with supportive insightful questions, which help you to know your worth and spotlight your potential.

We identify your motivations, what you need and what success looks like in your world.

You will be able to highlight your strengths and abilities with confidence.

You are supported to define and take action.

Our sessions are individual to you. With experience and knowledge of a range of coaching techniques and exercises, we have the freedom to explore what gets you the best results.

Leadership Coaching Package

Five sessions:

• Three one-hour Coaching Sessions.

• Two 30-minute Reflection Sessions.

Unique copyrighted activities:

• Preparation questions and an activity to complete before the first session, tailored to you.
